Walkthrough and scope
We look at the property, talk through what needs doing now and what can wait. You get a written scope, not a guess.
- Step 02
Clear quote
Line-item pricing, or a flat monthly plan for ongoing maintenance. Changes are priced before they happen, in writing.
- Step 03
Scheduling
One calendar for every trade on the job. Tenants and staff get notice before anyone shows up. Permits handled where the work needs them.
- Step 04
Do the work, close it out
Clean site every day, photo updates when the work is done, and a walkthrough before final payment. Maintenance clients get a monthly report.
